“Why should I get baptized?”
It’s a valid question and one we get a lot. Scripture teaches that Jesus’s disciples are to follow his example in baptism. At First Christian our mission is to Connect People in Christ & Community. Toward this end, baptism is an essential step in discipleship. Whether a person is going through the Connecting to FCC class or coming to faith in Jesus for the first time, we are always encouraging and teaching that baptism is an important step in their journey of faith.
