Your First Visit

Thanks for checking out First Christian Church.

We know: It can be uncomfortable setting foot in a brand new place—let alone a church. We’re glad you’re here, though. Below is a welcome video along with some info that may help with that before you visit.

COMMON QUESTIONS

WHEN ARE YOUR SERVICES?

Our worship service is on Sundays at 10:45am. Each week lasts about 75 minutes.

Sunday School classes are available each Sunday morning at 9:30am.

WHAT'S AVAILABLE FOR MY KIDS?

Simply put: We love families. We work hard to provide fun, safe, and excellent programming where kids can learn about God.

Our children’s ministry is for infants through 5th grade and takes place during our main service at 10:45am each Sunday. First Students for 6th-12th grade happens on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. We also offer Sunday school classes each Sunday morning for all ages of children and students at 9:30am.

You can learn more about what’s available for kids and for older students here on our website.

HOW DO I GET CONNECTED HERE?

We know: Churches can be intimidating, and it’s normal to feel lost-in-the-shuffle when you don’t know anyone. That’s why we provide and encourage as many people as possible to join life groups and serving teams. You can read up on these connecting points online or stop by our Next Steps table near the main entrance.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?

We believe the Bible and that it’s our single constant source of truth. We believe that it’s all about Jesus, about reaching out to all people in unconditional love, and about growing followers of Him.

We’re a “simply Christian” kind of church—we try not to complicate, to add frills, or to make needless requirements to follow Jesus that the Bible never makes.

Feel free to contact us any time if you have questions about FCC’s theology and doctrine.
