Early Childhood
Discovery Cove is our weekly environment created especially for your infants (six weeks) through 5-years. We want to incite wonder creating an environment that shows babies God cares for them and give preschoolers confidence that they can trust their loving heavenly Father.
We believe in an active, hands-on approach to learning with preschool children. You can plan on a lot of playing, jumping, dancing, singing and laughter in every experience. Be on the lookout for fun crafts, big games and lots of toys. We look forward to helping your preschoolers learn more about God.

Elementary
At Crosswalk Kids, we believe in creating fun, engaging environments where the lessons are memorable and the leaders make a lasting impact.
Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure they understand God is faithful and can be trusted, Jesus is the Son of God who died in our place to save us from our sin and bring us in right relationship with God.

Our upbeat large group programming features interactive worship and aims to show kids how to apply God’s Word to their life and have a relationship with him. These experiences always include a great storyteller who presents the Bible story in an engaging and relevant way for kids.
We believe life change happens best in small groups so our small group environment is a huge focus.

6th Grade and Beyond
6th grade is a big year—so we give preteens the best of both worlds! 6th graders are welcome to be part of both First KIDS and First STUDENTS all year long. It’s our way of helping them move up when they’re ready,
not rushed.

First STUDENTS
First Students at First Christian Church is the weekly gathering dedicated to providing a place for students (6th -12th grade) to connect with Jesus, other students, and older committed leaders who are dedicated to seeing students grow in Christ. This is an awesome place to grow in relationship with Jesus, make some life-long friends, and of course, have fun. The staff and volunteers are all adult leaders who love hanging out with crazy teenagers!
Gatherings:
1st & 3rd Sundays - 12:15pm - 2pm
Come hungry! Food is provided, no cost to your student.
We break into small groups for bible study following our meal.

Student Life Groups
Life Groups are the the way for students to get connected on a deeper level within our ministry. Every week our gender and grade specific life groups meet right after our large group message on Sunday afternoons and our once a month Wednesday nights. These groups are led by adult leaders who enjoy encouraging and challenging students to live a life following Jesus.

Adult Volunteers
When it comes to student ministry at First Christian, we believe every student is one caring adult away from being a success story. That’s it! It’s not magic, but we know it works! We know that when a caring adult is involved in the life of a student, great stuff happens. Will you consider being one of those caring adults? Our team would love to have you join us! (By the way, we believe that you are never too old for student ministry!)
J.O.Y – Just Older Youth
J.O.Y at First Christian Church is the weekly gathering dedicated to providing a place for those ages 55 and up to connect with Jesus and others growing through the same stages in life. This is an awesome place to grow in relationship with Jesus, create great habits, and be purposeful in the legacy you will leave. Check out our gathering opportunities on the events page!
